These terms govern purchases of digital books and guides from HorizonLine USA Books, the public publishing imprint of Horizonline USA LLC (“we,” “us,” and “our”). Please review the product page, final order total, these terms, and the Refund Policy before you submit an order.

Products and prices

The products offered through this store are digital downloads, not physical books, unless a particular offer expressly says otherwise. The product page and checkout identify what is included and the amount charged. The current ebook offers are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. An optional order bump or post-purchase upgrade is a separate selection; it is not required to receive the original purchase. An order bump may be included in the original checkout charge, while a later upgrade may be charged separately. Review the final total, including any applicable tax, before authorizing each charge.

Payment and delivery

By submitting an order, you authorize the one-time amount shown in the final checkout total. We make the purchased digital product available after successful payment through the applicable download page and, where configured, a purchase-access email. Provide an accurate email address and keep a copy of your order confirmation. If a download or access email does not arrive or does not work, contact support@horizonlineusabooks.com with the email used at checkout and the product name.

Refunds

You may request a full refund for an eligible purchase within seven calendar days of its charge date under our Refund Policy. No reason is required. An order bump included in the original checkout charge shares that charge date; a later, separately charged upgrade starts its own seven-day window. You may request a refund for one item or your entire order; each item in an entire-order request is evaluated within its applicable window. Downloading or using a digital product does not end this refund eligibility. Eligible items are refunded in full to the original payment method, without deducting a seller fee. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Permitted use

After payment, you may download and use the purchased material for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell it, publicly distribute it, share the download or file with others outside that use, or present it as your own work, except where the law permits or we give written permission. The content and product design remain owned by or licensed to Horizonline USA LLC or their respective owners.

Educational and AI-use notice

Our products provide educational examples, prompts, and workflow frameworks. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. They do not guarantee earnings, time savings, accuracy, or any particular result. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, insecure, or unsuitable. Review and verify every output before using or sending it. Do not enter confidential, regulated, or third-party personal information into an AI tool without proper authority and safeguards.
