Privacy Policy

Effective September 18, 2026

HorizonLine USA Books is the public publishing imprint of Horizonline USA LLC (“we,” “us,” and “our”). This policy describes personal information handled when you visit our website, buy a digital product, request support, or sign up for our newsletter.

Information collected

Orders and support. We receive information you provide, including your email address, name where provided, country, product selection, purchase and refund details, and support messages. Checkout identifies its required fields. Stripe handles payment-card entry and processing. Do not send payment-card numbers to us by email.

Newsletter signup. When you request our newsletter, we receive your email address and subscription choice.

Website and payment technology. Our website and service providers receive technical information involved in loading pages, delivering files, and processing payments, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, page requests, and cookie identifiers. Stripe also processes information to help detect fraud and protect payments.

How information is used

We use information to process orders and refunds, provide digital downloads and purchase messages, respond to support and privacy requests, maintain business records, protect payments and services, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use newsletter subscription information to provide the marketing emails you requested and manage unsubscribe requests.

Newsletter signup is optional and does not affect access to purchased products. A purchase alone does not subscribe you to our newsletter.

Providers and disclosures

We use the Systeme platform for the storefront, funnel pages, checkout, customer records, and configured email automation; Stripe for payments; and Hostinger for our business mailbox and email aliases. Website assets and downloads are delivered through hosting and content-delivery services, including Amazon CloudFront. Some download links may open Google Drive.

Providers receive the contact, order, or technical information involved in the services they supply. They may also process information under their own privacy terms, including information they receive when you use their other services. This policy does not govern third-party sites you choose to visit through links in our pages or products.

Learn more from Systeme privacy policy, Stripe, Hostinger, Amazon Web Services, and Google.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to legal process, resolve disputes, or protect rights and security, subject to applicable law.

Cookies and browser choices

The platform uses cookies and similar technology to operate the site and support checkout. These include a purchase-process session cookie and a persistent platform identifier. Payment services also use technology for payment operation and fraud prevention. We do not represent that every cookie placed by a provider is strictly necessary or used only for checkout.

You can use your browser settings to delete or restrict cookies. Blocking some cookies or scripts may affect checkout or downloads. Provider privacy pages describe additional choices available through those providers.

We have not verified a uniform response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals across all technology used on this site. We therefore do not promise that enabling a signal disables all collection described here. This does not limit any privacy right or obligation that applies under law. Contact us with questions or privacy requests using the details below.

Your choices and requests

Marketing emails provide an unsubscribe method. You can also email us to request that marketing stop. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary purchase, access, or support messages.

For requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to ask about its use or disclosure, email support@horizonlineusabooks.com. Describe your request and the email address you used with us. We may need to verify your identity. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law; rights and exceptions vary by location and circumstances.

Retention and sensitive information

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, including completing purchases, supporting product access, handling refunds and disputes, maintaining accounting records, and satisfying legal requirements. A deletion request may not remove records we must or are permitted to retain under applicable law.

Do not send passwords, full card numbers, government identifiers, or sensitive health information through ordinary email. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes and contact

We will post changes to this policy here and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
