HorizonLine USA Books is the public publishing imprint of Horizonline USA LLC. This policy covers our digital books and guides, whether purchased on their own or as an optional order bump or post-purchase upgrade.

Seven-day full refund

You may request a full refund for any purchase within seven calendar days of its charge date. A later, separately charged purchase—such as a post-purchase upgrade—has its own seven-day window starting on its charge date. If an optional order bump is included in the original checkout charge, its window starts on that same charge date. This policy applies to our current $9, $14, $57, $24, and $79 offers: The 5-Minute AI Productivity System, 100+ AI Prompts: The Workflow Prompt Vault, and The AI Operating System, including their discounted add-on or upgrade purchase paths.

No reason is required to request an eligible refund.

You may request a refund for one item or for your entire order. For an entire-order request, we will refund each eligible item that is still within its own seven-calendar-day window; an earlier item outside that window does not shorten the window for a later purchase. Downloading or using a digital product does not end this refund eligibility.

How to request a refund

Email support@horizonlineusabooks.com from the address used for the order. Include your name, the product or charges you want refunded, the purchase date, and the words “Refund request.” We may ask for information reasonably needed to find and verify the order. Do not send a full payment-card number.

For each eligible item, we refund its full amount paid to the original payment method, without deducting a seller fee. If you request a refund for every eligible item in a checkout charge, we refund that charge in full. The payment provider or your bank controls when the credit appears. If a product is refunded, the license to use that digital product ends.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
